Gabi leads our Manchester branch, further strengthening JMVG's comprehensive valuation coverage across the UK. He is an integral part of the JMVG team.
Harj is a Chartered Surveyor working as a consultant for JMVG, where he is recognised for his professionalism and commitment to delivering work of the highest standard.
Moshe obtained his master's degree in real estate from UCEM. He began his career at Grant Stanley, gaining experience in high-end residential and commercial valuations, and joined JMVG in Nov 2024, where he works across valuation and business development. He is currently working towards his MRICS qualification.
Chaim began his career in sales before joining JM Valuation Group in 2022, where he has developed a strong foundation in valuation and client management. During his first two years, Chaim worked directly under Director Josh Morhaim, gaining invaluable hands-on experience and industry knowledge that equipped him with a broad skill set and a keen eye for detail, establishing himself as a valued member of the team. He is currently working towards his AssocRICS qualification.
Yaacov joined JMVG in May 2024 as a Valuation Surveyor and began his BSc (Hons) in Real Estate Management at the University of the Built Environment in September 2024. He is enrolled on an integrated apprenticeship scheme leading to MRICS qualification, and supports valuation work while leading the onboarding of new jobs, managing team workflows, and ensuring instructions are issued and progressed efficiently and on time.
Levi became part of JMVG's valuations team in 2024 and is now progressing through his SAVA qualification, further strengthening his professional expertise.
